Individuals who have an established, pre-existing relationship with Woodhouse Grove School, as a whole, not just as an exam centre, (e.g. previous students) who wish to be entered for qualifications not listed above will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email exams@woodhousegrove.co.uk if you are in this position and wish to apply for a place to take exams privately at Woodhouse Grove, stating clearly your connection with the school and the qualifications you are interested in taking.

Applications for the Autumn 2026

Our application form for Autumn 2026 will open on 2nd September.

Entry deadlines:
· Edexcel IGCSE: Thursday 10th September 2026
· CIE IGCSE: Thursday 17th September 2026
· GCSE (all boards): Thursday 1st October 2026

Please note:

· No further applications will be accepted after the entry deadline has passed.
· Fees must be paid before the entry deadline, any application with outstanding fees after the entry deadline will be deleted.

Applications for the Summer 2027

Our application form for Summer 2027 will open on 3rd November.

Entry deadlines:

· All boards, all qualifications: Wednesday 10th February 2027.

Please note:

· No further applications will be accepted after the entry deadline has passed.
· Late fees will apply to any application with outstanding fees after the entry deadline.
· All summer fees must be paid by Friday 12th March 2027.
· Any application with outstanding fees after Friday 12th March 2027 will be deleted
