Rosslyn Park 2024 was a roller coaster of a ride for us this week with some fantastic rugby played and many 'nearly' moments for our teams. The U14s missed out on qualifying by just one try, and our U16s & 1st VII faced some very strong opposition in their groups - but that is the nature of this highly competitive tournament! Our U13s had an absolutely cracking first visit to the tournament winning their group and putting on an impressive 95 points difference across their 5 games!
Well done to all the boys taking part this week, we know you will have had a fantastic experience on and off the pitch.
To our Y13s - thank you for your contribution to Grove rugby over the years, you will all be missed, and we wish you all the best wherever your future takes you.
Thank you to our staff who have taken it in turns to go up and down the M1 all week to make this experience possible for the boys.
And finally, a huge thank you to our loyal and dedicated parents who made the trip South this week. Our parent's commitment to supporting school sport is truly phenomenal and we are always so proud of how many of our parents travel all over the country to support the school.
We are Grovian.
